Kidney Stoned in Istanbul

Recently my son developed a painful kidney stone for the second time in the past few years.   He was hospitalized and treated and all is well now,  but I was reminded of the first time it happened. Passover Shopping List

Every spring as Passover approaches I found myself laughing again over something that happened many years ago. We were having 18 for Seder and after calling the butcher to order lamb for my traditional stew,  I wrote out a long shopping list for everything else  I needed and headed and out to the supermarket.
